Persons from same organization can share the registration on different days. However, only one delegate kit will be given against one registration.

Payment of Registration Fees - You can pay the registration fees by one of the following ways:

1. By Cash – You can deposit cash directly in "CSI 2009" bank account at your nearest branch of State Bank of India, from anywhere in India. For Cash payments Administration and Bank Charges Rs.100/- to paid extra per transaction.

2. By Direct Deposit of Cheque / Demand Draft / Pay Order - You can deposit cheque/ DD etc. of any Bank directly in "CSI 2009" bank account at your nearest branch of State Bank of India, from anywhere in India. Cheque should be drawn in favour of "CSI 2009". Following are the account details:

3. By Net Banking – You can transfer the registration fees to “CSI 2009” bank account by Internet Banking using NEFT/ RTGS facility. RTGS Payment Charges are levied to the payers and differ from bank to bank. Following are the account details:

Please Note

1. If you are paying in Cash, you have to deposit the Registration fees first and then proceed for online registration as you have to mention the name of the branch where the cash is deposited and the date of deposit in the online registration process.
   
   
2. If you are paying by cheque/ Demand Draft/ Pay order, keep the cheque/ DD/ PO ready before you proceed to register online as you will be required to give the cheque/ DD/ PO details like Cheque Number, Cheque Date, Bank & Branch Name etc in the online registration process.
   
   
3. In case of payment by internet banking, you have to make the online payment first, as you have to mention UTR Number (Net Banking transaction ID generated in the process of online payment) in the online registration process.
   
   
4. Please note that the payment charges for net banking option depends on your bankers and will be borne by you.
   
   
5. The Online Registration when done will be provisional registration. The Confirmation of Registration will be sent by separate email on the email address mentioned in the registration on verification of receipt of Registration Fees within 8-10 days.
   
   
6. If the registration fees are not received within 15 days (applicable in case of cheque payments only), the online registration will be automatically cancelled and you have to register a fresh.
   
   
7. The CSI Office Bearers are also required to register online to confirm their attendance through the link available by selecting option "Registration for Office Bearers". The Confirmation of Registration of Office Bearers will be sent by separate email on the email address mentioned in the registration as per instructions of CSI Headquarters within 8-10 days.
   
   

Registrations are to be done individually. i.e. there is no Corporate or Institutional Registration nominating a group from the company or institution. The members are to register separately. However, the payment can be made common. In such case, all the members have to fill in common/ same payment details like Cheque No., Date, and Bank & Branch etc. A reference to common payment may be mentioned in the field "Payment Note" in the online registration process.

In the field "Other Information" the delegates may add additional registration related information, which they wish to share with / communicate to Organisers.

Delegates attending Tutorials and Conference (Both) who are not CSI members will be enrolled for membership for FY 2009-10. For this, they have to collect the "Subscription Coupon/Voucher" along with Delegate Kit and submit the CSI Membership Form (Hard copy) duly signed with Subscription Coupon/Voucher at the Registration counter during Conference days. Please note that membership cannot be processed without a signed copy of Membership Form (Undertaking to follow Code of Ethics).

* There are some optional fields in the registration form (like Your Profile, Birth City etc.). This information will be used for search/view purposes by other people and find out opportunities for networking.
